We explored how an e-commerce interface could progressively reduce itself as network quality decreases. Instead of breaking, loading endlessly, or hiding the experience behind errors, the shop adapts: fewer images, simpler layouts, lighter interactions. The weaker the signal, the more essential the interface becomes.
